Technology Due Diligence (Tech DD)
Buy-side workstream assessing the target's product, engineering, infrastructure, and technical risk.
Tech DD is the buy-side answer to 'is the product real, is the engineering organisation capable, and are there hidden costs?' Standard scope: architecture review, code-quality assessment, cybersecurity posture, cloud cost run-rate, third-party dependencies, open-source license exposure, team strength, and roadmap credibility. Output is a report with red/amber/green ratings and quantified findings.
