Privacy & data.
We run this site the way we'd want a vendor to handle our own diligence team's data. The short version: first-party only, minimum necessary, retained only as long as it's useful.
What we collect
- First-party page-view analytics (URL, referrer, anonymised session id).
- Lead-form submissions you send us (name, work email, message, source page).
- Outbound-click tags when you follow a link to Beyond M&A or Lens — attribution only.
What we don't do
- No third-party ad trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site profiling.
- No selling or sharing of lead data with anyone outside Beyond M&A.
- No fingerprinting beyond what your browser sends with a normal request.
Security headers
The site ships with a Content Security Policy, Strict-Transport-Security, X-Frame-Options DENY, Referrer-Policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin, and X-Content-Type-Options nosniff. We treat our own infrastructure the way we'd score a target's.
